Payment

As of August 1, 2023, all services at SHS are billed to students’ health insurance. Students will be responsible for any remaining costs after insurance billing, including co-pays, deductibles, and coinsurance per their plan’s contracted allowable amount. Students enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) have fewer out of pocket costs when obtaining care at SHS, for example, co-pays are waived for students enrolled in the SHIP, and most procedures and lab tests are not subject to the deductible and coinsurance when performed at SHS.

The fees posted are the current out-of-pocket fees, which indicate what these services cost without insurance. Please be mindful that this fee schedule is subject to change, and your cost may differ based on your insurance’s contracted rate.
