Blazer Hall
A suite-style residence hall offering space to more than 700 students, Blazer’s the right place to begin or continue the collegiate experience.
Gold Hall
The 217,000 square foot building located on the north half of the block bordered by 9th and 10th Avenues South and 16th and 17th Streets. It consists of an eight-story tower and a four-story wing that contains common space and multi-use office space in addition to housing.
McMahon Hall
The 720-bed residence hall consists of dedicated study spaces, a storm shelter, multi-use office space, and a dining venue with three food vendors and seating capacity for 250.
FURNITURE INCLUDED
Your room will include: twin Xl bed + mattress, dresser, desk & chair, and a closet. If you are living in Gold or McMahon Hall your room will also include a microwave.
PAYING FOR HOUSING
Your semester housing charges will be placed on your student account along with tuition and other fees. Fall charges are posted to student accounts in late July, and the first payment deadline is on August.

WALLS & CEILINGS
You can hang posters and paper items on the walls and ceiling with white sticky-tack or blue painters tape. Do not insert any items (flat panel TVs, hooks, nails, etc.) into the walls or ceiling of your room.
UTILITIES INCLUDED
All residence halls are air conditioned and provide snack machines and laundry facilities on site. All utilities are included as a part of the per semester costs.

RATES & COSTS
All rates are per semester (Fall and Spring terms). Fees are collected on a semester basis.
