In observance of UAB designated holidays during December and January, UAB Transportation will alter some services.

Please be advised of the following changes:

UAB Designated Holidays

• No Blazer Express service, Cooper Green Shuttle, Highlands Shuttle or Motorist Assistance Roadside Service (MARS) during these dates:
  • Dec. 24, 25, 31, and Jan. 1

Blazer Express

• The North Green, South Green, and Purple routes will be suspended from December 16th through January 12th, with service resuming on January 13th.

Safety Escort

• During the designated holidays (December 24-25, December 31-January 1), call 205-934-8772 for all Safety Escort services.
• Regular Safety Escort service will operate as normal during other dates within the winter break period.
