Formulatrix Imaging system

These are open access systems (room temperature and 4°C) for imaging crystallization plates. If you encounter issues please email Champion Deivanayagam or Norbert Schormann. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will then contact Formulatrix. The reason being Formulatrix charges $250.00 per incident if they resolve any issues with these machines through remote login.

SERCAT

Please email Norbert Schormann to book time for the published dates for each run.

Users are charged for the time requested, and therefore we request you to conservatively estimate your needs. In case there are more users, and limited time, we will resolve this through email conversations, such that everyone is able to collect data. If a user utilizes additional time than requested, they will be billed for the additionally utilized time. Further, if the user acquires time to collect data based on availability that SERCAT advertises from time to time as well as by other means, the user will be charged for such utilization. Submit ESAF forms 7 days ahead for timely approval.
