The most recent UAB Campus Engagement Survey was administered February 3-17, 2025, in an effort to collect data from faculty and staff in the academic enterprise about their workplace experiences.
UAB leadership is committed to making substantive changes based on the results of this Campus Engagement Survey and the surveys to follow every two to three years. Visit the 2023 Survey Actions page to learn about ongoing improvements based on the results of the 2023 survey. Findings from the 2025 survey will be presented in the spring.
Survey Timeline
School/Colleges/Units
School/College or Unit leaders will receive survey data specific to their area and will be asked to take the following steps starting in the summer of 2025.
- Meet internally with other leaders in that area to discuss results
- Share results and provide space for dialogue with all faculty and staff in that area
- Develop action plans and goals that will be submitted to senior leadership
- Follow up and assess progress on goals quarterly through 2026
Be sure to attend your area’s town hall and reach out to your school/unit’s leadership to get involved in any action committee/teams.
