CAPPI Conversations is a casual and unstructured conversation between a person with lived experiences with addiction and/or pain and a professional from UAB. The goal of CAPPI Conversations is to educate the public about the experiences of people with histories of pain and/or addiction and their struggles and successes with overcoming their medical condition. CAPPI Conversations seeks to break down stereotypes and stigma around the medical conditions of addiction and/or pain.
