In the past, our graduate students have been very successful in obtaining employment.

Careers with an M.S. in Math

The M.S. program is designed to prepare you for careers in:

  • secondary or junior college-level teaching
  • Ph.D. programs

We offer internships with a variety of local businesses, where students can apply their knowledge and receive valuable experience highly appreciated by all prospective employers.

Program Details

Students can choose between traditional mathematics coursework or applied mathematics coursework based on statistics, computational mathematics, and data analysis. Learn more about program requirements and curriculum.
