Case Studies in Mentoring is discussion-based and designed to help mentees and mentors navigate their mentoring relationships. The sessions are participatory with a facilitated discussion about mentoring topics and case studies. The topics are aligned with common themes that emerge in any mentoring relationship. We provide case studies and resources for participants to review outside of the course, with the 1-hour virtual weekly meeting serving as a forum to discuss mentoring topics, emerging issues, and case studies of interest to participants within that theme. Discussions include all participants, whether they are new to the mentoring process or experienced mentors. This inclusive format allows individuals at any level to participate and learn. Sessions are not recorded to allow a free discussion.
