CE BIM Lab

Our 20-seat BIM Lab was built specifically for teaching Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) courses. Employers in industry increasingly look for CAD and BIM skills when hiring new employees. The CE program provides our students these skills through up-to-date computer technology and state of the art software.

The BIM lab has computers optimized for graphics processing, large video monitors, current software, and enhanced presentation tools. The facility is also used for multi-campus streaming courses offered with the University of Alabama and the University of Alabama at Huntsville.
