Chris Johnson works as a Strategist for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama. Over the course of his 25 years in IT, Chris helped construct a technical Help Desk and a Network Operations Center that is a showcase for marketing to customers, served as the President of a Leadership Club with 500 members and a budget of $250k, spoke as a professional speaker to large audiences, and managed IT infrastructure services with multi-million dollar budgets, among other accomplishments. The communication and leadership skills Chris has used to find success in his corporate position are the same skills and techniques he teaches in the classroom at IEM.
