Dr. Mohammad Hassan Shirani Bidabadi is a materials scientist with over a decade of experience in developing and characterizing high-temperature materials and ceramic composites. His research focuses on corrosion resistance, oxidation behavior, and mechanical properties of metallic and ceramic materials. He has worked extensively on advanced manufacturing techniques and has expertise in various characterization techniques. Dr. Shirani Bidabadi holds a Ph.D. from Tsinghua University and has authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications. He works as a postdoctoral scholar in Prof. Kathy Lu’s group. His current research at UAB involves polymer-derived ceramics for high-temperature applications.
