Individuals holding a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university, or a bachelor’s degree in a closely related science, who would benefit from an advanced degree in structural engineering such as:

  • Structural design engineers
  • Structural work inspectors
  • Civil Engineering project managers
  • Structural materials and design innovators
  • Project engineers with onsite structural inspection responsibilities

Students from Multiple Industries

The Master of Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering (SE) curriculum focuses on both the technical and business side of structural engineering. Although structural engineering is often thought of as being limited to building and bridges, engineers in many industries can benefit from technical education in structural engineering. The diverse knowledge gained during recorded lectures, virtual live classes, discussion board posts, and group project assignments makes the SE experience invaluable.
