The Facilities Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Program 2022 graduates have proven that leadership is achieved through continuous learning. They will join the previous nine graduates for a total of 18 Facilities LEAD Program graduates since the program launched in March 2021.
Collectively, LEAD Program graduates have completed 104 hours of live instruction, over 100 hours of independent learning and countless hours of on-the-job practice applying the new skills gained during their program experience.
The graduates are demonstrating their leadership skills in Facilities Division Environmental Health & Safety, Planning Design & Construction, Finance, IT and Hospital Support & Maintenance departments. The LEAD Program emphasizes great leadership is built upon a continuous journey of learning, and our 2022 graduates have crossed another finish line in their journey of becoming outstanding leaders.
