The Performance App is now open for the 2024 Performance Management Evaluation Cycle. The timeline for the 2024 cycle is July 1 through September 30, 2024.

  • Schools and units will complete the performance review by logging into the Performance App, including all full-time (01) and part-time (03) staff in Workforce Group A.
  • All faculty evaluations will continue to be uploaded into the Performance App.
  • Employees must submit self-evaluations, have conversations with managers, and managers must complete and upload evaluations by September 30, 2023.

Continued enhancements to the Performance App have been made in preparation for the 2024 cycle based on employee feedback and the Campus Engagement Survey results. These updates help improve the usability of the app and allow a shift in focus to people-centered performance management. Additional resources designed to help foster a continuous performance evaluation cycle and support managers and staff during the performance evaluation process are available on the Performance Management website. Visit uab.edu/performancemgmt to explore curated tools, FAQs, on-demand eLearning and instructor-led training programs.
