UAB-CCTS
The Center for Clinical and Translational Science (CCTS) was established in 2008 and is funded by a Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) from the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences
In addition, the CCTS coordinates the CCTS partner network, which comprises 11 academic research institutions across our tri-state region (AL, MS, LA). Its network-wide research environment is defined by unique collaborative opportunities and resources.
ICAR partners with CCTS in multiple research and education initiatives, including coordinated efforts for pilot funding.
