What is meant by “faculty credentialing?”
Per SACSCOC Standard 6.2.a (Faculty Qualifications), “For each of its educational programs, the institution justifies and documents the qualifications of its faculty members.”

What can we publish and put on our websites about SACSCOC accreditation?
As per SACSOC’s Institutional Obligations for Public Disclosure policy statement, we must use the following specific statement:
“The University of Alabama at Birmingham is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award baccalaureate, masters, educational specialist, and doctorate degrees. The University of Alabama at Birmingham also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas at approved degree levels.
