On April 10-11, the UAB Comprehensive Cardiovascular Center (CCVC) along with the UAB Hypertension Research Center will host its 35th Annual Vascular Biology and Hypertension Symposium, where distinguished experts will discuss and present issues and breakthroughs relating to vascular biology and hypertension.
Highlights for April 10 will include a welcome and introduction from Nicole Lohr, M.D., Ph.D, F.A.C.C. and David Pollock, Ph.D., Richard J. Johnson, M.D. presenting the Suzanne Oparil Legacy Lecture "New Innovations in the Treatment of Hypertension," trainee presentations, and the 25th Annual Vascular Biology and Hypertension Poster Session (Submission Deadline: March 27, 2025.)
