Why did you join the MHERC YPB: There are a few aspects that encouraged me to join the MHERCY YPB. However, the number one reason has to be to provide impact. Being from the black Belt, I know firsthand how underrepresented the population can be. By providing education, resources, and knowledge to people of color I can ultimately give back to the communities that raised me and made me who I am.
