Professor Brent Ponce, M.D., was recently named the vice chair of clinical affairs for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. In this new role, Ponce will lead the growth and development of the department’s clinical enterprise, including improvement initiatives and external growth.
“His reputation, accomplishments and leadership experience will allow him to not only be successful in this position, but also be a tremendous asset to our department,” said Department of Orthopaedic Surgery Chair Steven Theiss, M.D. “I know we all look forward to working with Dr. Ponce on these critical initiatives.”
