The OPXE states, “To the thousands of other providers and staff who serve at UAB Medicine, thank you as well for your extraordinary efforts and service in the midst of tremendous challenges over the past two years. As revealed by our patients, you have demonstrated consistent kindness despite the difficulties you faced.”
John D. Sherrill Chair of Orthopaedic Surgery Steven Theiss, M.D., congratulates Quade on his accomplishment.
“Dr. Quade is a great example of clinical excellence for our clinicians across the department,” said Theiss. “In an urgent environment, he still manages to listen to his patients, explain plans of care, and ensure their voices are being heard. That is the type of patient experience we strive for.”
