Sunena Argo, M.D.
Sunena Argo, M.D., assistant professor in the Division of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology, earned her medical degree from the Heersink School of Medicine in Birmingham, AL. Dr. Argo completed her pediatrics residency at the University Arkansas for Medical Sciences/Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock, AR. She completed her Allergy & Immunology fellowship at the University of Missouri-Kansas City/Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO. Her clinical interests include the prevention and treatment of food allergy.
Karlene Walker, M.D.
Karlene Walker, M.D., assistant professor in the Division of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics, earned her medical degree from the Heersink School of Medicine in Birmingham, AL. Dr. Walker also completed her pediatric residency and chief residency at UAB in Birmingham, AL. She completed her Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics Fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, South Carolina. Her clinical interests include: autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, learning disabilities, and developmental and behavioral concerns related to international adoption.
Alicia Webb, M.D.
Alicia Webb, M.D., assistant professor in the Division of Pediatric Emergency Medicine, earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, MO. Dr. Webb completed her pediatric residency and fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in Birmingham, AL. Her major clinical and research interests include: intentional and unintentional ingestions in pediatric patients, drowning prevention, patient and parent educational initiatives, injury prevention and community educational outreach strategies.
