University of Michigan Assistant Professor of Surgery and Learning Health Sciences Gurjit Sandhu, Ph.D., a recognized leader in surgical education, joined the department’s faculty, fellows and residents as the annual retreat’s featured speaker. The events included a reception on Monday evening and a working educational session the following morning at Surgery Grand Rounds, where Sandhu spoke to attendees on optimizing surgical education through OpTrust and intraoperative entrustment.
