Christina Dilges Isom is a Program Manager II in the NORC. Originally from Illinois, she received a BS in English from Eastern Illinois University, MA in Communications Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a Graduate Certificate in Mentoring and Leadership from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Ms. Isom has a history in higher education as a specialized program director, creating and instructing online academic courses, academic advising, and accreditation. Ms. Isom has served as a UAB Staff Council Representative for the School of Health Professions 2018-2022 also serving as co-chair of the Institutional Pride and Events Committee in 2019-2022, spreading Blazer Pride and Spirit. She also serves on the Miss UAB Scholarship Competition Committee which is an official preliminary to the Miss Alabama and Miss America Competitions. The program offers young women the opportunity to further their educational goals through scholarships and personal growth.
