Ms. Elizabeth Smith is a Program Director III and Chief Administrative Officer of the NORC. She received a BS in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Alabama and an MPA from the University of South Alabama. She joined the NORC after two decades at the Mobile County Health Department. In her most recent position at the Mobile County Health Department, she managed a $6 million budget and supervised 78 employees.
