Research

I am interested in pursuing research that focuses on metabolism and endocrinology in women's health.

What made you decide to pursue a PhD?

My passion to communicate accurate and digestible data for underrepresented communities is what drove me to seek graduate education in Nutrition Sciences at UAB; to educate future generations of students who will therefore have the tools necessary to educate our communities.

Any special interests, hobbies, or fun facts?

Powerlifting, eating new foods, hanging out with friends and family, and going to the beach.
