The Director of Fiscal Affairs and Administration, Tina R. Horton, oversees the financial and administrative responsibilities of the Department. The Department’s Financial Management & Administration (FM&A) Division is responsible for activities vital to the effectiveness of the overall departmental operations.

• Personnel Management
• Procurement
• Service Center Management
• Technology Management
• Web Development

The FM&A Division is staffed by Financial Associate, Marilyn Durrah; Data Communications Technician II, Amy Burks-Jones; Personnel Generalist, Wonica Lowe-Williams; and Administrative Support Specialist Yolanda Garrett.
