Join us at the Alabama Vaccine Research Clinic at UAB! We are looking for volunteers to join a Phase 1 clinical trial to test the safety and immune response of a new HIV vaccine. The study is for adults who are HIV-negative, in good health, and aged 18 to 55. Procedures will include blood draws and injections of the study vaccine, as well as the collection of white blood cells through a procedure called leukapheresis. Participants will be compensated for their time in this study. The study vaccine will not give you HIV. If you are interested, please call 205-934-6777 or email avrc@uabmc.edu.
