Researchers at the University of Alabama at Birmingham are conducting a study to investigate the effects of a supplement on fat content in the blood after a meal. If you are between the ages of 25-45, male, and overweight, you may be eligible to participate. Participation involves 3 study visits, consuming a supplement and meal, and acquiring measures related to body composition and other aspects of health. Adult Volunteers Healthy adults ages 18 to 45 years old are needed to study the effect of supplemental phosphorus on the human metabolome. You will not be able to participate if you have certain health problems, are pregnant, or use chronic antacids or laxatives. Involves 4 visits (30 minutes each) over 6 weeks. Compensation provided.
