For Incentive 2, an investigator must have their grant or contract proposal formally pre-reviewed at least 6 weeks prior to submission to the funding source. The grant proposal MUST be subsequently submitted after pre-review in order to qualify for the incentive.

For Incentive 3, an investigator must submit a grant or contract proposal associated with a previously funded pilot project.
