“Taking Charge of Your Career" is the first of several events.  Based on leadership development best practices and industry research, this interactive and engaging event will consist of a group of UAB staff professionals who will provide insight into how they took charge of their personal career and success.  You will also be able to express what you would like to see in terms of career development opportunities at UAB.  Come prepared to “take charge of your career”.
