IHR’s Human Rights Lab offers graduate and undergraduate students the opportunity to engage in human rights research. Most of this research is published on the IHR BLOG, which is read by people around the world and gets an average of 22,000 monthly views. Other opportunities include undergraduate and graduate research with faculty and researchers affiliated with IHR, independent research projects, and directed scholarship. Along with learning the basics of research skills and the research process in human rights, members of IHR’s Human Rights Lab also learn professional skills like grant writing, job preparation, and methods training.
