Requirements

To major in World Languages and Literatures with a concentration in Japanese,, you will need to take 39 credit hours of course work. This includes 9 hours of 200-level classes, 9 hours of 300-level classes, and 9 hours of 400-level classes.

Requirements include:

  • WLL 120: Foreign Cultures
  • WLL 121: Special Topics through World Cultures
  • WLL 485: Foreign Language Capstone Seminar
  • JPA 201: Intermediate Japanese I (may not be required, based on language placement exam results)
