Tutoring

The Spanish Club is offering Spanish tutoring for UAB students. If you would like to either volunteer as a tutor or receive free tutoring, please follow these steps:

1. Become a member of the Spanish Club by logging into your UAB Engage account opens a new website and registering as a member of the Spanish Club (it's free).
2. Once you become a member, you will be able to access the Spanish Club page on UAB Engage and see the names of the Officers.
3. Click on “Coordinator” to see the contact email.
4. Write an email to the Coordinator either volunteering or requesting tutoring.

Films in Spanish

Students who are unable to attend three cultural events during the semester may replace one or more with the following movies. Movies are available to check out from the World Language Media Services (WLMS) library. Some of these movies are intended for mature audiences. Please check the rating or do any needed research before checkout, for example checking the IMDb Parents Guide. Film examples:
