As an official U.S. Department of State Passport Acceptance Facility, we are happy to help you apply for your passport or for your child's passport.
The UAB Passport Office is open to the public. You do not have to be a UAB student or employee to apply for a U.S. passport at our facility.

Limited passport appointments are available Monday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm, and Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:30am-6:00pm! By appointment only – WALK-INS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please follow us on social media or check back here for updates.

Your time is limited, we get that. At the UAB Passport Office, we can take your passport and visas photos! Photos are $12.99 a set and are payable during your appointment.
