The Hypertension Research Center has equipment available to facilitate pilot studies and to support pre- and post-doctoral fellows and early stage faculty investigators conducting hypertension research. Equipment that is available includes validated automated office blood pressure devices (Omron HEM-907XL), wrist actigraphy devices (Respironics Actiwatches), and ambulatory blood pressure monitors (Spacelabs 90227). This equipment is available for short-term use (e.g., a couple of months) at no cost. Loaner equipment for longer studies will be made available on a case-by-case basis.
If you are interested in participating in the Hypertension Research Center Equipment Loan Program, please contact Faith Lang.
