ACTOC members have achieved multiple accomplishments to enhance and improve anesthesia care for our patients. Whether it is publishing journal articles to share the work and concepts being implemented or meeting for quarterly gatherings to further education and training, ACTOC strives to bring together anesthesia care team members to collaborate and communicate. Below are highlights from ACTOC’s journey at UAB.
Anesthesia Scholarly Connections
Each year, ACTOC hosts multiple journal clubs at local establishements where anesthesia care team members from UAB and beyond gather to discuss recent publications and patient care insight.
Publications
From the connections made through ACTOC, several anesthesia care team members have gone on to publish articles on topics including patient care, team optimization, and leadership.
