Volunteers Needed for Research Study in Women with Irregular Menses and/or Abnormal Body or Facial Hair Growth

Do you have infrequent or irregular cycles? or Do you have excessive hair growth on your upper lip, chin, chest, abdomen, buttocks, or back? If you are between 18 and 35 years old and answered YES to any of the questions above you may qualify for this study. Benefits: Free physical exam, labs, and ovarian imaging. Healthy women needed for a research study

You may be eligible to participate in a research study: If you are a healthy female, between age of 18-50, still having a regular menstrual cycle & you are NOT on hormonal birth control (birth control pills or shots (i.e. Depo shot) or IUD, like Mirena). And, if you are willing to undergo an endometrial biopsy procedure. Participants will be compensated a total of $200. Only requires 2 visits. Do you have endometriosis and are experiencing symptoms?

You could be eligible to participate if you are 18 or older and a premenopausal female. Also, If you have been diagnosed with endometriosis, and are experiencing pain associated with endometriosis. There is no cost for your participation. For more information, contact our research team at 205-934-1322. Compensation is available for those who qualify.

Do you have moderate to severe endometriosis-associated pain?

You may be eligible to participate in this important study if you are premenopausal female age 18-49, if you have been diagnosed with endometriosis, and are experiencing moderate to severe pain associated with your endometriosis.
