Twice per year with a referral from EAB Medical Clinic required.
Ophthalmologists diagnose and treat disorders of the eye including:
- Screening for cataracts, glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, and retinal disease
- Dry Eyes
- Eye Infections
- Eye Lid conditions
- Low Vision
Note: Regular screenings are imperative for maintaining proper eye health.

Optometry Clinic
First Saturday of each month with a referral from EAB Medical Clinic required.
Staffed by UAB School of Optometry, this clinic aims to provide comprehensive eye care to patients. We work up patients for:
- Contact Lenses
- Dry Eyes
- Eye Infections
- Eye and Vision Exams
- Eyewear
- Nearsightedness
- Low Vision

Physical Therapy
Every Sunday with a referral from EAB Medical Clinic required.
Physical Therapists work with people who want to improve the way they move! To do this, we provide:
- Pain management
- Strengthening and general conditioning
- Balance and gait training
- Treatment of vertigo due to BPPV
- Education on the prevention and management of chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease and back pain
