After college, Dr. Rahm worked as a research assistant at The Rockefeller University exploring the neuroscience of drug abuse, taught English at a community center in Salvador, Brazil, and volunteered at a homeless shelter in Port Antonio, Jamaica before attending medical school at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Throughout medical school, Dr. Rahm continued to volunteer at several shelters around Philadelphia and now looks forward to serving all of his patients here at UAB.
