The UAB Epilepsy Center is looking for participants aged 15 and older for a brain imaging study. Eligible individuals will have psychogenic non-epileptic seizures (PNES) without co-morbid epilepsy. The study involves one visit at UAB Highlands Hospital and will last up to 2.5 hours. Participants will undergo a brain MRI, complete questionnaires, and provide a small amount of blood. Do you have pain in one or both of your knees on most days? If so, you may qualify for a research study being conducted at the University of Alabama Birmingham. We are seeking people between 45 and 85 years of age to participate in a study of brain and breathing treatments for arthritis pain. The study involves seven visits over a three-week period to the study center at the University of Alabama Birmingham, where clinical tests and brain stimulation treatment will be done, along with brain scanning.
