The UA System Board of Trustees awarded the rank of Distinguished Professor to Jerry Oakes and Trygve Tollefsbol and University Professor to Molly Wasko.

Kracke Clinical Services Building, one of the oldest buildings on campus, to make way the new Altec Styslinger Genomic Medicine and Data Sciences Building. Both the building and the man for whom it’s named, the first dean of the medical school, have a storied history.
