Important!

This page and the reporting sites listed are not emergency services or 911. Events presenting an immediate threat to life or property should be reported to UAB Police or 911.

UAB is developing this "one stop" website to help with the proper reporting of all concerns. From the site, you will be provided information on how to report concerns related to ethics, maintenance issues, Title IX and Student Conduct reports, and a world of other reporting mechanisms.

UAB Hotline

UAB is committed to conducting its affairs in ways that promote mutual trust and public confidence.  All members of the UAB community are responsible for sustaining the highest ethical standards of excellence, integrity, honesty, and fairness and for integrating these values into teaching, research, patient care, business practices, and other services of the university.

UAB welcomes information about instances in which ethical standards may not have been upheld so that the institution can do the right thing by correcting deficient past practices and improving processes moving forward.

If you see or suspect unethical or illegal behavior, you may report your concerns anonymously to the UAB Hotline, operated by Navex. Call (866) 362-9476 toll-free 24 hours a day, seven days a week or file a report online.
