A student's GPS degree audit consists of a series of sections, which are called "blocks. Within each block are the requirements that must be met to complete the block. Each requirement will be notated with easy-to-use symbols to notate different stages of completion.

  • A green checkbox notates the requirement is complete.
  • The blue half circle notates the requirement will be complete upon successful completion of a course in progress.
  • A red open circle notates a requirement is not yet met.
  • The yellow exclamation point within the circle indicates the requirement is nearly complete and a consultation with your advisor or program director will be needed.

Some notations provide additional information about the requirement or course for a student or advisor. These include:

  • Prerequisite
  • Repeated Class
  • Any Course Number
