Group Appointment Request Form
Thank you for your interest in a group appointment through the UAB Career Center. It is our privilege to collaborate with you to promote the career success of UAB students. We want to provide excellent customer service to you, but need your help.
Please read the form below in entirety and supply the requested information. This will help us prepare a valued appointment experience for your group.
Group Appointment Cancellation Policy:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify our office no less than 48 hours in advance. Scheduling privileges may be subject to temporary suspension for anyone that fails to comply.
Scheduling Guidelines:
- There must be at least two weeks' notice from the time of the request to the time of the group appointment.
- You must guarantee at least 3-6 interested students will be in attendance.
