F45 TRAINING CLASSES

Born in Australia, F45 Training combines elements of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit, and functional training. This combination will give you the most effective workout if 45 minutes. Burn fat and build lean muscle with 31 different workout experiences that change daily. 

This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle. The fusion of these three training concepts has led to the development of 31 different workout experiences. The individual workouts change delay, so you will never do the same workout twice! This keeps the body guess and your fitness level growing, all while having fun!
