Discovery Phase 1 (August 01 - November 25, 2024)

During this initial phase, the groundwork for the initiative was laid by engaging with key stakeholders. Ruffalo Noel Levitz (RNL) consulting services conducted comprehensive interviews to gather insights and perspectives from various members of the community. A stakeholder survey was built and deployed to collect broader feedback. The data compilation from these efforts provided a solid foundation for planning. Additionally, the Executive Steering Committee was finalized and formed, which will guide the initiative moving forward.

Discovery Phase 1

 

Analysis and Planning Phase 2 (November 25 - December 31, 2024)

In this phase, the focus was on establishing a robust governance structure to ensure effective implementation. The roles and responsibilities of the Working Groups (WGs) and Deans Councils were finalized, and the initiative charter and final report were drafted. The Executive Steering Committee (ESC) held its kick-off meetings to align on objectives and expectations. Strategic plans from various schools and colleges were collected and reviewed to ensure alignment with overarching enrollment and student success goals.

Analysis and Planning Phase 2

 

Implementation Phase 3 (January 2025 - July 2026)

This phase includes the active execution of the strategic roadmap. There will be kick-off meetings for WG Co-Chairs and a Townhall meeting to communicate plans and gather further input. The WGs are charged with formulating and implementing action plans to address strategic priorities. Regular progress updates will be collected from Deans and WGs to keep key stakeholders informed and engaged.

Implementation Phase 3

 

Reporting and Optimization Phase 4 (September 2026 onward)

In the final phase, the focus will be on continuous improvement and accountability. Regular reporting on high-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be ensured to track progress. The action plans will be reviewed and adjusted as needed, with input from Deans, WGs, and the ESC. This ongoing process will allow for the optimization of strategies and ensures that the goals remain on track.
