Phase 1 included gathering insights from stakeholders across the university.

In order to gather diverse feedback and perspectives from a broad range of stakeholders on the existing UAB enrollment and student success efforts, the challenges faced, and the potential areas for growth and development, RNL conducted stakeholder interviews, and determined that a broader range of feedback from campus partners was needed. As a result, we distributed a campuswide survey for additional feedback.

Faculty and staff participated in a brief survey to gain further insights. We received over 700 responses from our stakeholders whose feedback and insights played a vital role in developing our strategic priorities.
