Upcoming Events
“The Collat Career Center helps students with anything from finding jobs to giving mock interviews and polishing resumes. The Ollie Powers Boot Camp taught me how to better prepare for the recruiting process, specifically how to be successful at the Meet the Employers event which resulted in several internship offers, two internships and a full-time job offer with KPMG.”

Emails are generated to students using Handshake four times prior to graduation. Graduates can also respond via anonymous links in BlazerNet, on the UAB Commencement website, at recognition ceremonies, and commencement. Outreach to graduates who have not responded or indicated they are still seeking employment occurs once a month for six months after graduation. Graduates with professional degrees do not complete the survey. Data on graduates who did not respond to the survey after the six-month deadline were looked up on LinkedIn.
