The Criminal Justice Student Organization (CJSO) is a university-recognized, department-sponsored, student-run group whose goals include:

• assisting students to learn more about career opportunities in the fields of criminal justice, forensic science, and law
• engaging in community service
• creating fellowship among criminal justice students at UAB
