Research rotations provide an opportunity for each student to experience the research environment in several different labs. These experiences are critical for choosing an appropriate lab/mentor for one's thesis work.
This evaluation is completed to assist your fellow students in choosing labs for rotations and to provide feedback to the faculty so they can provide the best possible environment for rotation students.
This form is to be completed no later than 10 days after the last day of the lab rotation. The Lab Rotation Mentor will assign a letter grade on the evaluation form to indicate the student's performance in the lab rotation.
Please see the Research Rotation page for more details.
Students must complete at least three lab rotations in three different labs prior to joining a thesis lab.
